📅 Today's Chinese Almanac — June 22, 2026

(Fire Horse Year, 5th Month Day 8)

(Travel)

(Burial)

Meridian work is favored today! These stretches open the same pathways as acupuncture — no needles needed.

Your body has 12 main meridians (经络 jīng luò) — energy highways that carry chi to every organ. When a meridian is blocked, the associated organ suffers. In summer, the Heart and Small Intestine meridians are most active — and most vulnerable.

These 6 stretches take 10 minutes and target the meridians most important for summer health.
